Strategic Assessment Report

For senior professionals at the inflection point.

When the next move matters and the usual career advice doesn't account for where you actually are.

You're 15 to 25 years into a career you've built deliberately. You've made the moves, taken the assignments, earned the seat at the table. The question now isn't whether you can do the work — it's whether you're positioned for the work you actually want next.

The Strategic Assessment Report is a written analysis of where you are right now, where the strongest paths forward are given your specific situation, and what the next 30 days should look like to begin moving toward them. It's not a resume rewrite. It's not a coaching program. It's not a list of companies to apply to.

It's the kind of clear-eyed strategic analysis a senior advisor delivers — produced as a defined, written engagement using an AI-enhanced methodology reviewed and calibrated by the Beyond Scale founders throughout. Delivered in three business days.

Nine sections of personalized strategic analysis.

14–20 pages. Three-business-day delivery. Built from your intake responses, your current materials, and an AI-enhanced analytical methodology reviewed throughout by the Beyond Scale founders.

1

Executive Summary

Distillation

The Report's core findings and recommendation in a single dense passage. What you'd tell a smart peer who asked, "What did you actually learn from this?"

2

Narrative Positioning Audit

Diagnostic Heart

What your current career narrative actually communicates — often distinct from what you intend it to say. Where it's consistent with your target role level and where it falls short. The strategic reframe that closes the gap.

3

Target Company Archetype Map

Where to Look

Four to six distinct company archetypes that match your profile, with rationale for why each one would value you and search methodology to find current examples. Patterns and methodology — not company names that go stale.

4

Networking Target Strategy

Activation Framework

A three-tier targeting model — decision-makers, warm bridges, thought leaders — calibrated to your specific archetypes. Strategic targeting with specific activation methodology.

5

What to Expect at Your Level

The Operating Manual

Interview formats, panel structures, assessment patterns, and unspoken evaluation criteria specific to the role level you're targeting. The meta-structure of what's coming.

6

Latent Directions

Pattern Recognition

Two to three strategic directions your intake suggests but hasn't named explicitly. Observations of what's already present in your situation — hypotheses worth exploring as you evaluate where to commit.

7

Suite Sequencing Plan

What to Use Next

Which Beyond Scale tools fit your specific situation and in what order. Operational recommendation built from the analysis above.

8

30-Day Action Plan

Operational Synthesis

Week-by-week milestones with specific deliverables, tied to the strategic analysis above. Plus a 60/90-day strategic horizon. The Report becomes executable.

Scope and Methodology

What the Report does, what it doesn't, and how it's produced. Honest framing, no fine print buried at the bottom.

Between roles? The Transition Strategy Report ($595) is calibrated for the urgency of an active search — focused, executional, and built for a different analytical task.

What this Report does not include.

  • Not a resume rewrite. The Report identifies the narrative-level positioning issues. Document-level execution is handled by the Resume Match System methodology if needed.
  • Not a list of companies to apply to. The Report provides target archetypes and search methodology to find current, relevant examples. Specific names go stale; the methodology doesn't.
  • Not job placement or recruiter introductions. The Report is strategic analysis. If you're looking for active placement, you're looking for an executive search firm.
  • Not interview coaching for a specific role. Section 5 covers the meta-structure of what to expect at your level. The Interview Prep Engine handles role-specific preparation when you have a job description in hand.
  • Not a guarantee of any specific outcome. No promised offers, no salary projections, no timelines. Real strategy work doesn't traffic in guarantees.

One Report. One price. Complete on its own.

Frequently asked, honestly answered.

The Reports are produced using an AI-enhanced analytical methodology — structured processes that allow us to synthesize your career materials, identify patterns, and build the analytical framework for each section comprehensively. Every section is then reviewed, calibrated, and refined by the Beyond Scale founders based on our combined 40+ years of experience in exactly the situations these Reports address. What you receive is not AI output. It is a founder-reviewed analysis that uses AI the same way we encourage the people we work with to use it — as a tool that amplifies expert judgment rather than replacing it.

The simple rule: if you're currently employed and making deliberate moves from a position of stability, the Strategic Assessment Report is the appropriate deeper analysis for your situation. If you're between roles — severed, unemployed, or recently exited — the Transition Strategy Report is calibrated for the urgency of that moment. The intake includes a routing question to confirm fit. If you purchase one and your situation is better served by the other, you'll be routed correctly before any Report work begins. No charge for the correction.

Every intake includes an explicit question about what you expect from the Report. If your expectations don't align with what the Report produces, you'll receive an email before any production work begins — to either adjust expectations, modify scope, or refund cleanly. A Report produced for a buyer whose expectations were never aligned is a Report that disappoints — and most expectation mismatches are recoverable through a five-minute conversation at the start.

Before production begins: full refund if the Report isn't the right fit for your situation. After production has begun: refunds are offered case-by-case for genuine quality issues, not for buyers who simply preferred a different conclusion than the analysis produced.

The Report's value depends on triangulating between your intake, your resume, your LinkedIn, and the strategic territory of your target moves. Producing nine sections that hold together as a coherent analytical argument takes the time it takes. Three business days is a deliberate commitment — thorough analysis without an unreasonable wait.

The 60-minute follow-up call is a structured working conversation — focused on pressure-testing specific findings in your Report, clarifying the 30-day action plan, or working through how to apply the analysis to decisions you are facing right now. It is not a general coaching call. It has a defined scope: the findings in your Report and what to do with them. It is offered after delivery so you've had time to read and form specific questions.
