Beyond Scale is owned and operated by Kelli Katsuren and Michiko Katsuren. We provide digital products, written reports, and consulting services for senior professionals navigating career transition and organizational change.
Beyond Scale offers the following categories of products and services:
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Beyond Scale uses third-party payment processors and does not store payment card information on its servers. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Digital products are delivered via a cloud storage link sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may need to create a free account with the storage provider to access your files. Download links are active for 90 days from the date of purchase. Beyond Scale is not responsible for files not downloaded within that window. Once downloaded, your ownership of the files is permanent.
Written Reports are produced following completion of an intake form. Production begins upon receipt of a completed intake. Delivery is within three business days of intake submission. The Report is delivered as a PDF to the email address provided at purchase. Beyond Scale reserves the right to request clarification on intake responses before beginning production.
Consulting and fractional engagements are governed by a separate written agreement executed between Beyond Scale and the client prior to the commencement of any work. These Terms of Service apply to the extent not superseded by that agreement.
All content on the Beyond Scale website — including text, design, frameworks, documents, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Beyond Scale and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Digital products purchased from Beyond Scale are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the individual purchaser. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share purchased materials with any third party without express written permission from Beyond Scale.
Beyond Scale provides strategic resources, frameworks, and analysis for informational and planning purposes. Nothing on the Beyond Scale website or in any Beyond Scale product constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Beyond Scale is not a law firm, financial advisory firm, or licensed counseling practice. For advice specific to your legal, financial, or tax situation, consult a licensed professional.
Beyond Scale does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of its products or services. Results depend on individual circumstances, effort, and factors outside Beyond Scale's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Scale and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Beyond Scale products or services. Beyond Scale's refund policy is designed to be fair to buyers while reflecting the nature of digital products and personally produced written engagements. Please read this policy before purchasing.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," all sales of digital products are final once the cloud storage link has been accessed or files have been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your files, contact us at questions@beyond-scale.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
If you have not yet accessed your files, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Reports are produced on a per-engagement basis using your specific intake responses. Refund eligibility depends on where the engagement stands:
Refund terms for consulting and fractional engagements are governed by the written agreement executed at the start of each engagement.
The Foundation Kit and The Brief are provided at no charge. No refund policy applies.
